Use your Android fitness bracelet or smartwatch to classify gestures. All that is needed is the integrated accelerometer, which almost every wearable has integrated, and AIfES® by Fraunhofer IMS. AIfES® runs on the connected Android smartphone and allows you to train your own individual gestures and then recognize them. The training is done within a blink of an eye and no data leaves the device. No internet connection is needed, everything is done on the smartphone. Gesture recognition can be used for a wide variety of applications.
