Commsolid, the cellular IoT IP company, presents CSN130, the market’s first integration-ready NarrowBand-IoT IP (Intellectual Property) solution, at the Mobile World Congress 2017. CSN130 is designed for the 3GPP Release 13 NarrowBand-IoT standard (Cat-NB1, NB-IoT). Embedded into customer SoCs (System-on-Chips), it allows sensors and actuators to be directly connected to the Internet enabling smart applications for logistics, health, smart city and monitoring. The ultra-low power consumption makes the CSN130 IP suitable for long lasting battery-operated devices. CSN130 is based on a flexible architecture combined with a proven technology and is available for licensing and System-on-Chip integration now.

(NYSE: KEYS) hat auf den Vodafone Innovation Days 2016 die erfolgreiche Demonstration von NarrowBand-IoT Verbindungstests mit einem E7515A UXM Basisstationsemulator und Messsystem vorgestellt. Der Test ist das Ergebnis einer Zusammenarbeit von Keysight und Commsolid, um eine Cat-NB1 Kommunikationsverbindung zu einem Endgerät zu ermöglichen. Der UXM ist der weltweit erste drahtlose Kommunikationstester, mit dem eine standardkonforme Verbindung zu einem NB-IoT Modul demonstriert werden kann.
